1. Login to your online banking, click on the ‘Transfers’ tab, and then select ‘Send Interac e-Transfer’.
2. Create a sender profile with your email address and/or mobile phone number, if you have not already done so.
3. Select a recipient, or add a new recipient profile by entering the recipient's name, plus an email address and/or mobile number.
4. Choose to send the Interac® e-Transfer via email and/or text message.
5. Create a security question and a one-word answer that only you and the recipient know.
6. Add a personal message (optional), but do not include the answer to the security question.
7. Select an account from which to make the transfer and enter the amount.
8. Send the Interac® e-Transfer (your account will be debited immediately, plus any applicable fees), click on Confirm.
9. Record your Confirmation Number.

1.  Ensure the link received via email or text message offers a secure connection that takes you to a site with the 'https' prefix, rather than 'http'.
2. Click on the link and you will be taken to a secure Interac®  website.
3. Follow the instructions on the site to select RCU Credit Union (first select Ontario and then Resurrection Credit Union) and click 'Deposit', and you will be redirected to our online banking login screen.
4. Login to answer the security question and accept the transfer.
5. Select the account where you wish to deposit the money.

Autodeposit is an Interac e-Transfer feature that allows users to register to have incoming Interac e–Transfer funds deposited directly into their bank account – no security question and answer needed.

1. Log into your RCU online banking or mobile app.
2. Look for Autodeposit in the Interac e-Transfer section.
3. Register your email address and link the account.
4. Click “Complete Registration” in the confirmation email.

Interac® e-Transfer enables you to email the sender a request for money in advance and helps decrease delays in receiving your payment. Eliminate awkward conversations and spend less time getting paid back. It’s as easy as sending money with Interac® e-Transfer:

1. Head to your online banking or mobile app and select the account.
2. Fill out the fields requested – only instead of the recipient, you’re filling out sender information.
